Ginger, our English Cocker Spaniel, and I began working with Victoria when Ginger was just four months old.  Victoria introduced us to the wonderful world of positive reinforcement and clicker training and we have never looked back.  Victoria is passionate about her four legged clients and they all adore her in return.  Ginger and I loved Victoria's weekly classes and now at 2 1/2 years old Ginger is the most wonderful, affectionate and beautifully behaved companion we could ever have asked for.  Thank you! 

I started working with Victoria 2 days after I brought home our 2 month old Yorkshire Terrier – Cassie, undoubtedly the best investment of my time I could have made. It was immediately evident that Victoria believes in positive reinforcement and great communication both based on love, respect and understanding of our puppy. Her calm, soothing, yet in control demeanour connected with me immediately and not only has Victoria had an extremely positive impact on our puppy but she has trained me as well. Every step of the way Victoria has been there to diagnose the situation, identify the right solution for Cassie and teach me how to help Cassie through to the next stage of her development and training, she is there for me and Cassie for the long run. Victoria has taught me to be patient, to stay positive and focused even on the bad days and most of all she has given me the confidence to deal with whatever challenges Cassie throws my way. Victoria has been training our Golden Retriever, Toffee, since he was 6 months old.   Toffee loves Victoria and she has provided invaluable insight and support as we have learned how to live with our beautiful new member of the family. 

From a boisterous young puppy with a mind of his own, Victoria has patiently and lovingly worked with Toffee and us as he has matured into a well-behaved and proud two-year old.  Toffee has learned not only a whole range of basic commands and disciplines, but Victoria also adds fun to the process teaching Toffee several tricks and other activities, which he loves and enjoys. 

Victoria has also been very important in teaching Toffee the vital social skills that he needs to play successfully with other dogs.  Victoria has organised puppy classes, excursions and a mini-vacation during which she has trained Toffee alongside some of her other trainee dogs. 

No matter what aspect of the training is going on, Victoria approaches everything with patience, dedication and detailed planning.  Above all, Victoria loves dogs and that shines through all she does.  Whenever she is due to arrive, Toffee is ready and waiting with great anticipation to see her.

''My lovely little Coton de Tulear called Bella and I went on Victoria's doggie holiday to Piemonte in Italy. We both had such a wonderful time. Upon arrival we were given goody bags and fairy cakes (even the dogs had their own Chicken and carrot cakes which they woofed down!) it made for a very nice start to what was a fabulous holiday. We visited vineyards where the dogs had training lessons and off the lead classes. They ran and played and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The adults were not left out either, we had fabulous lunches, visited old Italian villages and even went wine tasting! What really made the holiday special was being able to take the dogs where ever we went and Victoria was always on hand to correct any wayward behaviour! My Bella had an absolute ball! she loved every minute of it.....and I know this for a fact as she slept nearly continuously for 2 days once we got back home!''
